Levels of Care Review Team Orientation

The Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care has been a leader in coordinated care in Wisconsin. The organization was founded in 1970 with the purpose of supporting regionalized care in Wisconsin. In the early 2000s, WAPC began developing a framework for identifying the levels of maternal and neonatal care. The process has evolved to what it is today.

Meet the instructors

Megan Hardy, BSN, RN

Megan Hardy, BSN, RN, is the Quality Improvement Program Manager at the Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care and the Wisconsin Perinatal Quality Collaborative. In her role, she is responsible for managing the quality improvement work and the risk-appropriate care work.

Sara Onitsuka, BA, MSP

Sara Onitsuka, BA, MSP, is the Regional Support Specialist for the Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care. In her role, she has been coordinating the levels of care work being done in the state, including the levels of care designation process.
