At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:

- Describe differences between sexual orientation and gender identity, and explain what LGBTQ+ stands for.
- Describe how barriers to LGBTQ+ inclusive care are a systems problem.
- Identify three levels of the socio-ecological model and how they interact with one another to produce barriers to LGBTQ+ inclusive care.
- Name
three strategies for addressing the barriers experienced by LGBTQ+ individuals.
